Privacy policy

This page explains which personal data this website collects, why, who helps me process it and what your rights are. It is short, because I collect very little.
Who is responsible
LEEDZ, the sole proprietorship of Alec Genbrugge, Ferdinand Verbiestlaan 44, 2650 Edegem, Belgium (enterprise number 1037.404.409), is responsible for the personal data described here. For any question about your data, email alec@leedz.be.
What I collect and why
The mini-audit form, which prepares an email in your own email app that you then send yourself: your name, the name of your business or Instagram, your email address or phone number, your message and, if you chose one, a package. I use this only to answer your request and to prepare your mini-audit. Legal basis: steps you ask for before a possible agreement (GDPR article 6.1.b).
Emails you send me: the same purpose and the same legal basis.
Visitor statistics: Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies. It does not store who you are: the anonymous identifier it uses is discarded after 24 hours, and I only see totals. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (GDPR article 6.1.f).
Server logs: when you visit, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR article 6.1.f).
Who processes it for me
Vercel Inc. (USA) hosts the website and provides the visitor statistics. Data that leaves the EU is protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Microsoft 365 (through GoDaddy) hosts my mailbox.
I do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
How long I keep it
Requests that do not lead to an assignment: 12 months after our last contact, then I delete them. If you become a client, I keep what Belgian accounting and tax law requires, for as long as it requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit its use, to object to it, or to receive it in a usable format. Email alec@leedz.be; I answer within one month.
If you think I handle your data wrongly, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
